- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

About the Space
My new 3 bedroom, 3 bath modern home is professionally designed with : - all white, bright, and neutral designed living spaces with 8' marble waterfall kitchen island - wide open airy 2nd floorplan with family + dining room - furniture includes a 9' white linen sectional + contemporary rustic wood dining table that seats 8 - 9 people - all new restoration hardware lighting - outdoor small deck with two swinging chairs with green courtyard view - two bathrooms + available - full kitchen available - super quite neighborhood - located in downtown east nashville, walkable to multiple restaurants, coffee shops, + bars - 10 mins to downtown nashville - its perfect for photoshoots, meetings or any kind of filming needed - two professionally designed guest rooms available for shooting *For larger groups beyond 5 people and multiple day shoots, I will require a security/damage deposit of $500 in the form of a venmo or check that the guest would provide in person at the start of the booking. Provided there are no damages to the space, this deposit would be returned to them at the end of the booking.
