About the Space
The house itself is a three-bedroom, two-bath 1965 brick ranch with a full unfinished basement. Our home sits on an 8.5-acre plot that is mostly woods--clear trails, complete with wooden bridges spanning a beautiful creek, wind through the woods. The house can be used as a film set, especially for period pieces or horror movies requiring spooky basements (the basement features a large fireplace and an antique piano). The woods are perfect for filming or photo shoots. With a covered front porch and an expansive front yard, production teams could easily set up tents for craft services, catering, covid testing, and a video village.

This is our 2nd time using this location and it is a great location to film in. The house is decorated very well for an old school eccentric look. It’s very private and has a beautiful wooded area outside as well. The host is super friendly and very accommodating. I highly recommend this location and we look forward to using it again.

We absolutely love Michael’s home. It is very eclectic and perfectly decorated. Michael is an amazing, super friendly host who was very accommodating to myself and my film crew. If you are looking for a location that has an old school eclectic feel that is private this is the property for you. We plan on renting it again for a few more scenes.
