About the Space
Prime Real Estate of Midtown for Photographers, Filmography and even some Special Events like Dance Classes etc Rooftop is on the 4th floor so 3 very quick and easy flight of stairs up. no loading elevator It also has a great background view: Empire State building Macys corner Salesforce Building and the *New* Virgin Hotel The whole space is open so you are able to shoot anywhere inside the rooftop we also have a backdrop and lighting equipment that is extra charge but very useful to put a background for different kinds of shoots. _-Main Rules-_ 1. Have in mind that this a rooftop of a residential building. so please instruct all your crew or guest to not be loud while walking up or down the stairs! Subject to Heavy Fines for noise complaints. 2. Last but not least if anyone in the bldg asks just say you are friends with Ernesto as i would not like to encourage any more competition. thanks!
