About the Space

Our charming chic event space is 1500 square feet of open concept social gathering area complete with wooden floors, large picturesque windows and over 15ft ceiling and wooden beams. It includes 8- 4 ft round tables, 3 tall cocktail style tables, 2 - 6ft food service buffet tables and 50 chiavari silver banquet style chairs for sitting. Mini Fridge. Small seated lounge area. Private restroom . Our space is perfect for hosting intimate gathering of less than 49 guests all inclusive of vendors per code. If you are looking to host a baby shower, bridal shower, workshop or any type of intimate gathering our space would be perfect with very minimal effort on your part. There are 6-7 steps leading up to the front door of the loft.
