Built in 1915, the building is a former tea company and a part of Dumbo's landmark historic district. The space is ~620 square feet of open space with two large windows on the southeast side on top of Jay Street. The space is great to use for - base camp for location shooting - production office - castings - fittings - *small* crew photo / video shoots The studio is equipped with a desk, work table, mini fridge, tea kettle, 10 rolling racks, hangers, steamer, room divider, and a collapsible 6 foot table should you need more work space. The neighborhood is full of cafes, restaurants, and walking distance to the water and nearby parks (Main Street Park, Pebble Beach, Brooklyn Bridge Park, etc).

Jaime is an absolutely awesome host. The space is situated perfectly in Dumbo with quick access to everything and a 24hr parking garage is less than a block away. Everything is laid out perfectly with wifi, great AC and nice window light, and the space is very clean.
