Built in 1915, the building is a former tea company and a part of Dumbo's landmark historic district. The space is ~620 square feet of open space with two large windows on the southeast side on top of Jay Street. The space is great to use for - base camp for location shooting - production office - castings - fittings - *small* crew photo / video shoots The studio is equipped with a desk, work table, mini fridge, tea kettle, 10 rolling racks, hangers, steamer, room divider, and a collapsible 6 foot table should you need more work space. The neighborhood is full of cafes, restaurants, and walking distance to the water and nearby parks (Main Street Park, Pebble Beach, Brooklyn Bridge Park, etc).

Spacious, well-lit, comfortable, and a great value. Jamie was extremely responsive, even as I struggled to figure out how to use the lockbox. I will definitely be booking here again!
