About the Space

The 1750's Historic Stone Charming Home is nestled upon 3.5 acres of green and beautiful landscaped land. The outside can be staged in anyway as there is plenty of room. So bring your creativity. With the main living room being the focal point of the home, this space is perfect for any type of photography shoot giving your camera a unique backdrop of stone (that actually does not exist anymore) that is built around a traditional double fire place. This space is staged with historic and vintage furniture. Having a door and windows in the space allows for natural lighting to beam through. The master bedroom is very spacious and is decorated with neutral, warm, and mid century modern tones. There is a ton of photography/film opportunity with this home as it is one of a kind! Price is set for film and media productions utilizing the entire inside and outside property of the home. For photographers, please send us a request. Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
