About the Space
Our restaurant oftentimes dubs as an event space with a nice lounge area downstairs. Both spaces are great for baby showers, birthday and bridal parties, Pop-up shops, graduation celebrations networking events, speed dating and other types of mixers. We are ground level so we are handicap/wheelchair accessible.

General Rules
No cigarette or marijuana smoking inside building but we offer hookah service. No sales of marijuana or alcohol. A refundable cleaning fee will be added to your booking. It will be refunded after you clean up after the event.

We have an ADT security camera system on our ground level and downstairs.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Our cleaning process includes sanitizing all furniture and disinfecting all surfaces. We also disinfect twice a week a professional electric fogger.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
