About the Space
Our creative production studio is situated within our large warehouse located in Little River. We are proudly rated the number #1 themed production studio on the East Coast! This production set is perfect for Photoshoots, Music Videos, Movies, and more. I have lights, clothing racks and water available to be purchased as part of your booking. A SMOKING FEE of $99 applies if you need to smoke for the shots. You can purchase this as an add-on once you submit a booking request. 1-10 people: $0 extra charge 11-14 people: $50 extra charge 14-20 people: $100 extra charge NOTE: We do NOT provide lighting unless you add it as an "add-on" at $15 flat for one standard soft box. This set is situated within a WAREHOUSE full of multiple themes (click my profile photo to see the other sets) so please let me know if you require full privacy if you’re shooting lingerie/nudity so I can coordinate you at a time nobody else is shooting in other themes of the warehouse. If you're planning to bring children, you must inform us for approval prior to showing up.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
