Two paid parking lots on the west side of the building. HISTORY OF THE SPACE The 1920s era building was home to a mid-century Music and Art School near the University of Washington. Great Space. The host was responsive and responsible. Called a day ahead, was there when we arrived and left right after we got set up. Highly recommend. Natural light worked out well for us. We were filming on the day of a big event happening on the streets, we did not have any major noise pollution while working.

Steve is great! Not only was he accommodating to our crew and client he also was very helpful on the equipment side. This space is perfect for intimate shoots as well as a place to set up shop for longer shoots. Multiple rooms for cast, client, and crew lends to a great opportunity to adjust depending on the shoot needs. That on top of his service makes it a great option. Would highly recommend!

This space is amazing - it was perfect for my music video. I have absoluetly no complaints about my overall experience with both the space, as well as with Steve. He was very quick to answer my questions, he showed me the space beforehand and explained everything really well, he prepared the space for my team and me, and on the day of the shoot he was there at the beginning to help us unload the equipment and make sure we got settled. Very pleasing experience!

This place was a gem! It has a comfortable and relaxed vibe, but everything is immaculately organized and there is a playful energy in the studio's design. It took me about 5 minutes to orient myself around the space and connect to the bluetooth speakers. There is a lot of potential spaces for shooting different kinds of content here. We used the main space, because of the controllable skylight, but there are also small rooms, talent and makeup rooms, and even a working sauna. I brought my gear up the freight elevator and it was easy. Thanks ProdFac!

This space is an absolute diamond in the rough and exceeded all of my expectations and needs. I was tasked with holding a remote camera workshop for young filmmakers spread literally throughout the world, from Northern Alaska to the South Pacific, and I needed a good looking and sounding space, gear/tech support and a robust connection. From start to finish, Steve was incredibly responsive, helpful and full of excellent suggestions. Prior to the booking he spent time on the phone figuring out the best set up and how he could best support the zoom session with better audio and image. On the day of, I needed access to the space a bit early and he made it happen, and was even was able to stick around prior to his work day to make sure I was good to go. The space looked incredible with the skylight overhead and the audio was clear and crisp. The students were impressed and could understand everything, and the whole workshop went off without a hitch. And the best part was that the studio is only a small part of the facility, so I was able to set up in a comfortable, private office to prep before the call and upload files afterward. Great food and coffee literally steps away, and parking/load-in was much easier than I thought. Thank you Steve! I will be back!
