All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Located just 4 minutes away from downtown Palm Springs, this media and production facility was originally constructed in the 1960’s for Modernist Architect, Donald Wexler, this industrial-style warehouse space is 2,000 SQFT. with 21 FT. high ceilings and hangar doors. Equal parts experimental lab, design space, mixed media painting stage, content broadcasting, performance center, photo shoots, music videos, gatherings, parties and events. Two bathrooms on site. VIP/Greenroom extra if needed.

Yes, I would book again.

To say Chris (and Alexis) went above and beyond is an understatement. We had SO much fun during our time at the studio. I wanted to welcome our bachelorette to Palm Springs in style, and with COVID making me uncertain about whether or not bars would be open, renting a private space was the safest bet. Chris helped me find a DJ and a bartender, and even infused some Superbloom magic into the afternoon. Nobody wanted to leave and I cannot wait to catch up with these two powerhouses again soon to see what their latest accomplishments and adventures are! The bride had an unforgettable time thanks to you guys and this rad space!! Feeling especially colorful this week. XO
