All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

About the Space

We've had beautiful campaigns shot here like the Golden State Warriors, World Market and Hint Water. This home lends beautifully for photoshoots and video shoots both big and small. Book through June and July and save 20%! The 10 Foot waterfall edge quartz kitchen island with flooded with natural light. Great for cooking classes/demos. The living space is also flooded with beautiful daylight and is great for video shoots and photos shoots. The space is filled with unique spaces, corners and textures for shoots. If you are interested in a walkthrough, you can book one here via custom booking for $100. If you proceed to book, $70 will be applied as a credit to your actually booking.

Sara’s house was a beautiful space & the inside looked exactly like the pictures shown. Some of our guests had a hard time parking or had to park a little bit far. But the full kitchen was super helpful because we ended up needing to use some dishes. If needed, we would definitely book again.

Great space! It is even better in person. :-) We had a hiccup in the schedule; however, Sara went out of her way to accommodate us which meant a lot to me and my team on multiple levels. As a result, we are booking the place again in a week. Sara is a trusted host.

Beautiful space and would definitely book again! Lots of pockets of light in the space which allow for lots of creativity and different looks. Sara was also very accommodating! However, using this space for audio or interviews is almost impossible due to the loud street sounds that leak in very easily. It's also not in the best neighborhood.
