Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

About the Space
Our studio on the South Side Of Chicago. This location is ideal for creatives. The perfect place for photography, video productions and small gatherings. We have a huge Cyc Wall that can easily be created into a green screen with enough notice. (Check Out Add Ons) If you've been here once I'm sure something has changed since your last visit. Want Something Custom? DM us and we can make it happen. We have a total of 8 Sets all of them are included in the booking. (Excluding the Flames) Each Booking Comes with a tech assistant. Smoking Fees Do Apply Loading Dock Available for large crew shoot. The Freight Elevator open directly into the suite from the loading dock. Load in Will be a Breeze. Please let us know in advance if needed. All Set Are Prelit. More Lights can Be Rented.

This space is WAY bigger than the pictures let on. So much room to move, which is helpful if you have a lot of stuff and for your photographer/videographer to get better angles. It's extremely versatile with lighting (so make sure you get the RBG package) and the variety of settings is unmatched. We used 4 different areas in this space, and I'd still absolutely go back. Beyond all of this, the host was very responsive and the contacts when we were there (Jackie and John) were so nice and accommodating. Support the community!!!
