Stay safe, stay healthy! With all the craziness going on, you can feel comfortable knowing that our cleaners follow full procedure to ensure that our units are completely disinfected, sanitized, and adhere to coronavirus prevention procedures, wiping down all doors, key pads, and keeping our environment clean. No human interaction is needed during your stay. Our units are fully automated & guests are in control. Avoid busy venues & large common areas.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer

About the Space
Our space is perfect for photoshoots, videos, meetings, small get togethers, date night, pop up shop, etc! We are located 5 mins from Downtown Dallas, Uptown and 8 mins from Deep Ellum We have a beautiful 4 story townhouse, with an open layout. 1st Floor- Bedroom, Full Bath, and 2 Car Garage. 2nd Floor- Balcony, Dining area, Kitchen, Living Space and 1/2 Bath. 3rd Floor- Master Bedroom, Full Bathroom, Walk-In Closet, and Empty Office Space for you to create anything your mind lets you! 4th Floor- Private Rooftop Patio with Downtown Views

General Rules
- Not suitable for children (2-12 years)
- Not suitable for infants (under 2 years)
- Not suitable for pets
- No smoking anywhere in our property
- Small get togethers allowed if authorized.
- All Guests must provide photo ID upon check-in
- Please leave the apartment as clean as when you found it.
- If there is a delay in the next guest checking in which results in a cancellation, then Guest will be liable for Host’s loss of income.
- There shall not be smoking inside the home, nor in the balcony or rooftop. Extra cleaning fees starting at $250 to remove odor and stains may be applied.
- If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, or if guest are suspected of doing any illegal activities, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
- If Guests are found to have had a party, event or gathering without host permission, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY and a minimum fee of $400 will incur.
- Guests are responsible for ensuring maximum visitor numbers are not exceeded; and that Visitors are complicit with these House Rules.
- There is a private two car garage attached to that property for use, however there is free parking on the side of the road.
- Please do not rearrange the furniture unless authorized.
- Tampering with the cameras is strictly prohibited and will lead us to canceling the reservation.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
