Price of venue is as follows: $200/hr -Saturday events $175/hr -Friday/Sunday events $150/hr -Monday-Thursday events ALL event days have a 5hr minimum booking requirement. Here is what's included in the price: - Additional 1 hr set up and Additional 1hr breakdown - 10 Round 60inch tables - 10 Rectangle 72inch tables - 50 black poly resin folding chairs - Sound system - Free Wifi **Price does not include cleaning fee or security fee (security mandatory for ALL pop up shops AND events with over 50 guests and/or events after 7pm)** We also have an in house DJ and the 360 Photo Booth available as additional add-ons!! Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Melissa was an amazing host! Very helpful, super responsive and kind. The venue was beautiful, clean, spacious and held all of my guests comfortably for my baby shower. Everyone had a great time and I’m so happy I chose this venue. I would definitely recommend this place!
