Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

Our Studio is Toronto's newest Film/Photography and Event Space. A meticulously curated North/West facing 1700 square foot studio in the heart of downtown Toronto. With 12 foot ceilings throughout the space is ideally situated for amazing sunset lighting through it's giant corner loft windows. This space is equipped with a full size operating kitchen including oven, full sized fridge and portable induction burner plus picturesque 9 foot concrete kitchen island. Double door entrance with large service elevator in front of the studio doors for easy gear and equipment loading. Unit comes equipped with high speed internet, production desks, boardroom table and Large wall mounted TV for client viewing or presentations

Yes, I would book again.

I booked this space for a bridal shower and couldn’t recommend it more! The hosts were professional and very helpful and accommodating. They promptly responded to my inquiries, even on a Sunday of a long weekend when I held my event. The space is as advertised. It’s clean, modern and centrally located. Lots of room to socialize and mingle and good AV equipment which comes in handy for entertaining. The space has great natural lighting and artistic touches which guests loved (this also makes for great photos). The large kitchen and ability to bring outside catering is a plus and made hosting easy. Thank you!

Yes, I would book again.

We absolutely loved this space for a special 50th birthday party. Plenty of room for everyone, lots of seating, and ample surface area for appetizers and snacks. And to top it all of, the room was beautiful. Thanks for getting us in last minute for the best rain plan.

We booked the space for a work event where we held presentations and discussed strategy. The space was perfect for my team of 10 and offered up a great environment for us to work. I would definitely recommend this space for future corporate meetings and events.

Incredible. I had so many location hiccups in my shoot until I found this spot.This space was so accommodating not to mention large and beautiful with lots of natural light. I would book again and cannot thank them enough for quite literally saving my day last minute. 🙏🏽🙏🏽

Doug was fantastic to communicate with. Very flexible and accommodating. His property manager was very helpful when I arrived as well. The location was exactly as seen in the images. Lots of props and photography equipment to work with. Parking is tough, and free street parking is just 3 hours. I was unaware and got a parking ticket so be careful.
