The Workspace Lofts is a bright, modern space in downtown Toronto, perfect for photo shoots, video productions, content creation, and live streaming. With 1,700 square feet of open-concept loft space, exposed brick, soaring 12-foot ceilings, and large windows providing abundant natural light, our space offers a versatile backdrop for any creative project. Designed for seamless productions, we offer flexible layout options to accommodate sets, crew, and equipment. A 50” TV with HDMI and high-speed WiFi support live monitoring and playback. The fully-equipped kitchen with a 9-foot concrete island is ideal for food photography, styling, or craft services. A double-door entrance and freight elevator make load-in easy, with nearby parking and transit for added convenience. A trusted space for premium productions, we have hosted top chefs, influencers, podcasters, and brands, making The Workspace Lofts a go-to location for high-quality shoots and creative projects. Available 7 days a week from 6 AM to 12 AM with a minimum 4-hour booking. Our space is professionally cleaned between bookings, including all high-touch surfaces, kitchen areas, and restrooms. We ask that guests respect the space and leave it in the same condition they found it. If any spills or messes occur during your booking, please clean them up promptly to help us maintain the studio’s high standards for all visitors. If you have any concerns or notice anything out of place upon arrival, feel free to reach out. We want to ensure you have the best possible experience!
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
