The ranch features beautiful large lush trees throughout the ranch, providing a peaceful outdoor nature experience. Other outdoor features include our day pool with a small overflowing waterfall, 15x16 Pergola, Bluetooth speakers, and a charcoal grill. DIFFERENT RATES BASED ON EVENT SIZE: When you submit your inquiry/booking you enter how many attendees will be at your event and the correlating rate will adjust. SAME-DAY TIME EXTENSION Editing or extending the reservation during the event will be charged at a 1.5x rate & are subject to availability. We ask that you give us at least a 2-hour notice if you would like to extend your event past the selected booking time. RESPONSIBILITY *Important* Please remember that as the host of the event, you are responsible for every guest that enters the property during your booking. You are responsible for ensuring all guests follow the rules and that the space is left in the condition it was found. We truly want every event to go perfectly for you and your guests but we have encountered bad experiences when some guests are not aware of all the rules. SETUP & TAKEDOWN TIME Please take into account setup time when booking as we do NOT guarantee setup time outside of the secured time frame. Generally providing setup time outside of the booking takes up time from cleaning, and other bookings, and most importantly is not covered by PeerSpace Insurance. For more significant events, we may be able to arrange a discounted price for setup. We provide 2 giant trash bins and extra bags. We just ask that guests put all trash in the bins upon leaving. POOL Our pool has a Baja shelf area that is great for smaller kids or adults who only want the put their feet in. the pool measures 3 feet on both ends and 5ft in the middle. No climbing or jumping off the waterfall. Please note that no lifeguard will be on duty, but you are welcome to book one for your event. PETS Please let us know if you will be bringing any dogs. Must add your pet through the ADD-ON ***Host is always on-premises and is available to answer any questions. Prior to your event starting, the host will set up a sound system, empty trash bins, and overall make sure your event is going smoothly. ***

This space was perfect for my family gathering. There was plenty of room to play games outside. It was so relaxing to be able to sit outside under the trees and by the pool. The ability to have some of the adults inside while the children ran around outside and enjoy swimming in the pool was perfect. Eric was the absolute best host!!
