About the Space
Our non-gated community is nestled in the north quadrant of the city of Orange. We've recently remodeled our 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home during this season creating a light, fresh and bright ambiance highlighting new recessed lighting, light fixtures, light wood flooring, neutral colors throughout and new window treatments to allow more natural light into our residence. Our space is versatile with access to living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and office set up, bathroom shots, and our personal patio space. Ideally it would serve a small gathering of people, thought we have hosted up to 20 guests. The patio area could be used for filming, setup, equipment and more. We imagined small commercials or film scenes would be great for our space. There is also access to a spacious green space out side our front door, a nearby community pool and pool lounge area as well as some walking paths within the complex. Just around the corner is the Santa Ana Trail which would be great for some running/walking scenes with the mountains in the back ground. We would love to host you!

The space was perfect for our Women's Workshop Event. The condo is tastefully decorated, feels so welcoming, and is very clean. I was able to meet with Derek two weeks prior to our event to check out the place. It was great to see the space and ask questions. Derek was so friendly, and told me we could rearrange the furniture to suit our needs. He also had extra folding chairs and tables available if we wanted to use them. On the day of the event, I used the kitchen and oven to prepare snacks. The condo was supplied with all the basics we needed, such as paper towels, soap, trash bags, and bathroom supplies. Derek even had a water purifier ready for our use. I can't say enough about what a great host Derek is. He answered all my questions before and during the event promptly. He sincerely wanted to do anything he could to help make our event a success. Shirlee, Event Coordinator Yes! The space was exactly as advertised. Derek was very responsive, providing a positive experience and the perfect space for a very successful event. Before he left, he made sure our videographer had access to everything she needed, too!
