About the Space

The Treaty Day office is a Private Day Office set up executive style with 2 guest chairs. It generously accommodates up to 3 people. Our private day offices are set up with an executive style desk and two guest chairs and can accommodate up to three people. Equipped with dependable, high-speed Wi-Fi, our day offices are the perfect place to work quietly for the day or to take any video calls without interruption. Additionally, our day offices also work well for any interviews, headshots, or small filming needs. Included with your booking is access to our vibrant community cafés, where you can grab complimentary gourmet coffee, tea, or water. We pride ourselves on our industry-best hospitality so allow us to provide you with the perfect space to meet – for any occasion. Our professional staff is ready to help with any preparations for your event and will be on-site in case of any last-minute requests or needed assistance during your booking. Whether you are looking to host a meeting in the prestigious, downtown area of a city or in the suburbs, we have you covered. As your health and safety remains our top priority, The space continues to take additional measure to ensure the cleanliness of our centers.

Parking description

The PMI Parking Garage is available 24/7 and located adjacent to the building. The garage can be entered to the right of the building lobby entrance. Daily parking rates are $15 for 1 hour, $28 for 12 hours, and $34 for 24 hours.

This exterior day office has an extra-large window equipped with vertical blinds that allow some control of the natural light but do not block the light completely.

There is a possibility for typical office environment noises such as phones ringing, conversations between other tenants, city sounds, and fans from the HVAC units.

Equipment loading description

There is a dedicated loading zone which is the preferred entry method when bringing in large amounts of equipment. Once unloading is complete, vehicles must be moved. Access to the loading zone must be coordinated with the on-site team prior to the reservation date.

Separate rooms are available for staging and would need to be reserved.

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting

Shooting is allowed only in the space(s) reserved.

General Rules

-Rules & regulations may fluctuate as a case-by-case situation. You agree to comply with the following Center Rules and Regulations:  Noise levels shall be conducive to a professional environment and shall not interfere with or disturb other clients.  Neither you nor your employees, agents, representatives or invitees shall participate in any type of harassing or disruptive behavior, whether verbal or physical, in the center or within the building.  You and your guests shall conduct themselves in a businesslike manner  Professional attire must be worn at all times.  Cell phone use is not permitted in the halls, reception area or any other common area, with the exception of the kitchen.  Common areas, including the conference rooms, kitchen & reception area, are for the use of all clients. You are required to leave these areas clean after each use. You are responsible for your own mugs, dishes and disposal of garbage.  You are prohibited from conducting meetings in any common areas other than reserved conference rooms, day offices and kitchen (provided that your meeting does not interfere or hinder other clients using the kitchen).  All corridors, halls, elevators and stairways shall not be obstructed by client or used for any purpose other than normal egress and ingress.  Plumbing, fixtures and appliances shall be used only for the purposes for which designed, and no sweepings, rubbish, rags or other unsuitable material shall be thrown or deposited therein. Damage resulting to any fixtures or appliances from misuse by you or your agents, employees or invitees, shall be paid by you.  Movement in or out of the building of furniture, office equipment, bulky material, merchandise or materials which require use of elevators or stairways, or movement through the Building entrances or lobby, will be conducted under our supervision at such times and in such a manner as we may reasonably require. You are liable for all damages including the articles moved, our equipment & property, and injury to anyone engaged or not engaged in such movement, including our personnel.  It is the Client’s responsibility to check-out with the front desk when upon vacation of a private office or meeting room to ensure no additional charges are incurred.  No advertisement, identifying signs, personal items or artwork or other notices shall be inscribed, painted or affixed on any part of the corridors, doors, office windows, common areas or cubicles without our prior written approval.  You cannot prop open any corridor doors, exit doors or doors connecting corridors during or after business hours.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal property, money or jewelry from an office or public or common areas regardless of whether such loss occurs when the area is locked against entry or not.  You will not conduct any activity within the center or Building, which in our sole judgment or the judgment of our Landlord, will create excessive traffic or is inappropriate to a shared office environment.  This is a non-smoking facility and smoking is prohibited everywhere within the center.  No alcoholic beverages are permitted on the premises.  Illegal firearms and weapons are prohibited. We have no responsibility to you for the violation or non-performance by any other client of any of these Rules and Regulations or the Terms and Conditions, but shall use reasonable efforts to uniformly enforce all Rules and Regulations and Terms and Conditions.

Furniture can be rearranged within the room to some extent but must be approved by the on-site team. Furniture and wall decorations cannot be removed from the space or the building.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

The space has the following features:

Space has HEPA-certified air filters
Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
