All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Complex has 6 restaurants for lunch options. Food can be brought in or you can take a break and go to one of the 6 onsite restaurants. Starbucks onsite and grocery store if you want to purchase snacks. Whiteboard, Easy connect to TV, phone and Sticky Notes all included. Large floor to ceiling windows thru out. Wonderful quiet location, great meeting space, and very attentive staff. We were well received and they did an exceptional job accommodating some unexpected additional guests. We had great meeting thanks to them and the room had a lot of great features!
