Our space can accommodate film shoots, photo shoots, workshops, retreats, and private events including birthdays, book launches, film wraps, and special occasion dinners. Full commercial kitchen. Beautiful outdoor patio and garden areas. Interior is easily divisible in to 3 separate spaces.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves

Our initial venue fell through because of bad weather but we got lucky finding this place. It’s a beautiful industrial garden that’s tucked away, making it quiet and peaceful. It’s also very spacious so we had ample amount of room to set up tables and chairs for guests that were provided by the host and had catering set up inside. David was very accommodating and such a pleasure to work with. Cynthia was the manager on site and she was so warm and friendly and a huge help. Would definitely recommend this place for an event!

Couldn't have asked for a better location or team. Conducted a photoshoot + bts, and had ample room to spread out + diversity in settings. Lots of natural light, beautiful decor. And, David and his team were a dream. Would absolutely use this location again!
