Hip, eclectic bungalow with open layout available. Living room, dining area, and kitchen are all open. Great for commercial photo shoots, small group meetings, interior home shoots, cooking demos, home interviews, and outdoor photo shoots in the spring and summer seasons. Indoor features include a charming double fireplace that opens out at a V, large kitchen island with gas range great for chef demos. Main bedroom has a king size bed with bathroom attached. The other two bedrooms are not in use as this is a multi-purpose residence. Outdoor features a backyard with a huge back deck that opens to a lush garden with an open atrium surrrounded by Japanese Maples, fig tree, gardenias, azaleas, ferns, and much more. Please note, this area is not maintained in late fall thru winter seasons.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
