COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has additional space outdoors

About the Space

Our space it full of three different wall options allowing you to be creative. We have shot all different kinds of videos and photo shoots in this versatile space. Our different wall options work for everything like advanced video or photography shoots all the way to simple selfie videos using one of the backdrops. We have a cyc wall with tons of room for different kinds of shoots, a large green screen wall, and a colored paper wall that can be changed if needed. Lighting: 3 - large LED panels with full RGB scales, 3300k-5600k, and different effects. 2 - Aputure LED lights, with full RGB Scales, 3300-6600k, and different effects. Camera Equipment: 3 - Sony 4k cameras 1 - Blackmagic 6k Audio Equipment 2 Tascam Recorders 2 Rhode shotgun mics These are all available if either of us are in the studio with a signature on equipment protection.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
