About the Space
Backyard with a Sport Court which includes, basketball, volleyball, & paddle tennis, We also have a two-hole putting green, and a large pool. The backyard has a table and chairs, and a spacious area for your needs. This is a great space for filming, photo shoots, events, swimming party, etc.

General Rules
We do not allow cigarette smoking or glass by the pool. Outside catering is allowed. We are open to renting out the inside of the house as well. We do not allow anything placed on the putting green or the basketball court.

The space is outdoor and the table and chairs are sanitized. The indoor restroom is sanitized as well
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
