About the Space
Our Brewery Production area has been used for everything from corporate training events to wedding receptions. In addition to standard brewery equipment, our production facility is decorated with various Set Walls and props. There is around 2,000 SF of free space that you may customize for your use. Parking description
Private lot adjacent to business. In addition, after normal business hours you may park at neighboring businesses. However, do not park in the fenced in parking lot across the street, you will get locked in.

General Rules
SMOKING. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the indoor facilities and is allowed only in designated areas outside.
ANIMALS. No animals are allowed inside the production facilities and only on the grounds with proper supervision (exception: service animals).
SUPERVISION. It is the Event Host's sole responsibility to provide adult supervision for all child guests and for adults needing supervision while on DLBC property.
FIREARMS & FIREWORKS. Firearms, fireworks, candles, sparklers, and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.
OUTSIDE ALCOHOL PROHIBITTED. Guests may not bring outside alcohol on the premises. In the case that this happens DLBC Staff reserve the right to end the event in which case, the Event Host will forfeit monies paid and any time remaining for the event.
PROHIBITED DECORATIONS. No use of nails, screws, push pins, staples, or anything that will damage or create marks on the walls, ceilings, floors, or furniture.
RESPONSIBLE PARTY. The Event Host or their legal designee must be present during the entire event.
ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION. No one under the age of 21 will be served or allowed to consume alcohol on the property.
CAPACITY Event Host understands that the maximum standing capacity of the Taproom is 66 people and will not exceed this limit.
OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.

Security cameras located facing main parking lot, outdoor deck space, taproom, lounge, and hallways. Cameras are always on unless agreement reached otherwise.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Common touch areas are sanitized on a regular basis. Seating areas are sanitized and marked sanitized after each guest. Restrooms have touch free faucets and toilet flushers.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
