PLEASE READ EVERYTHING... Welcome to our studio "Frame Me Up" designed as a multi-purpose space with Movable Frames. This DTLA studio is offered as a production location for Photo Shoots, Film Productions, Commercial shoots, and more. You’ll have the freedom to make your own custom design set or use one of ours. Featuring a beautiful LARGE 1,500 sq ft of raw space, clean colorful walls, & View of Los Angeles Skyline. This creative space can be styled for a wide range of production activities & offers plenty of natural light from the west. PARKING SITUATION: Parking rates varies depending on the parking lot you choose. There is option to utilize street parking which is free. SECURITY: WE DO KEEP CAMERAS ON THE SPACE TO MONITOR SAFETY, ARRIVAL TIMES, DEPARTURE TIMES, OVERTIME, EXTRA CHARGES & DAMAGES. WE DO NOT KEEP ANY FOOTAGE UNLESS PEERSPACE ASKS FOR PROOF OF THE FOLLOWING THAT WAS MENTIONED. FEES: - OVERTIME (Your set up time & pack up time is included in your booking). OVERTIME FEE: 1.5x the price - Pet Fee: $100.00 - SMOKING (FEE FOR SMOKING DESPITE THE RULES IS $100.00) - ALCOHOL (FEE FOR ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION DESPITE THE RULES IS $100.00) OVERTIME FEE: Your booking is your set up and clean up time. Please make sure you are out by the end of your booking to avoid any additional fees. DAMAGES: - Ruined Sets - Ruined Equipment ELEVATOR: Our building elevator is open from Monday-Sunday 24 hours. Our freight elevator is open from Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm PLEASE NOTE THAT DURING HOLIDAYS THE FREIGHT ELEVATOR MAY BE CLOSED AS WELL! (PLEASE NOTE WE HAVE NO WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY) TIME: If you book our space, please arrive a little bit earlier due to parking situation (although you can park in the lot for as low as $5) and trying to find our door. When your booking space is done, please make sure to finish on time or else you will be charged a fee for the extra time. The space is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week with a minimum of 2 hours. Your booking includes full use of every section within our walls. You can rent the following items listed below in advance: lighting, props, fog machine, equipment, backdrops. PS. One of the workers will be there to explain the space. (Sometimes we are in there and sometimes we are not, but we are close by if you need any help) We be sure to explain everything fully in the beginning of booking. Please keep in mind that sometimes we are in the space (but will give you your privacy) and sometimes not but close. Also, we also take over the phone walkthroughs for bookings.
