About the Space

We are a full service design firm that operates out of two locations. 'The Warehaus' location is a 6500 sqft workspace in the heart of Lemp Brewery here in St. Louis. Is a true raw warehouse space that was formally used for shipping and receiving. We have added a plethora of beautiful items that we show to clients and shoppers, but the space is and absolute gorgeous back drop for photography and product. When I say it is raw space, it is not a cliché - this is a true untouched back drop that we have layered in design on top of. Our plan is to lightly enhance over time, but we currently keep the space clean and open for our work and product but it has some rough edges for sure. The beauty of this space is that there is room to move and work (and create) and everyone who comes into the space usually is in awe! This is used as a furniture/art showroom. Some of the images show the space when cleared of items to show off the architecture of the space. If you want furniture moved for certain areas to be more open/clear, this can be arranged for an extra fee. This is a raw warehouse space; heat is minimal and no AC.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
