About the Space

Studio is a beautifully designed and fully functional flexible real estate solution in San Francisco. Our SOMA board room can fit up to 14 guests at the table, and 18 total including benched seating. The room offers plug and play video & audio on an 80" TV for amazing video conferencing experiences, has privacy with the monitor facing away from passersby, and has sound reducing foam on the ceiling & walls for additional privacy. The room is perfect for video conferences for 5-14, private meetings, depositions, small conferences, and trainings or off sites.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer

This room was perfect for our needs--a one-day board meeting. Communication with Michelle was excellent. Among other things, she readily recommended nearby options for food delivery, which was really useful for us since we aren't local to San Francisco. We will definitely rebook if we need space for future meetings!

This space is amazing! Michele and the entire staff were top-notch. We had meetings for 3 days in the conference room and also made use of the open shared space. Our team was onsite for the entire day - so having a kitchen area for lunch was so convenient! We will definitely use this space again.
