Bright and Minimal California Style Home

The space is a bright, minimal, designer home in Woodland Hills, CA. The aesthetic of the home is inspired by the relaxed, organic, and coastal life that Southern California is known and loved for. You will see many local artist and designer influences throughout the space. Partial renovation of the 1100 sq ft, 3 bedroom, two bath home was completed in December 2020. The home has been completely outfitted with brand new LG appliances and quality designer furniture (Restoration Hardware, Article, HD Buttercup, Samsung Frame TV, Scandinavian Designs, Rejuvenation, Room & Board) as well as vintage pieces. The space could easily host anything from a commercial video shoot to an interior lifestyle shoot. - The home sits on a 7,000 sq ft lot on a quiet residential street. - There is a large grass backyard with beautiful he backyard. - There is a covered side patio perfect for crafty set up, larger gear items, break area. - California inspired furnishings throughout - Large sliding door that opens to the backyard with the option to close the drapes if desired so you don't see the yard - Private backyard with only two neighbors on either side. Stone and wood fencing allows complete privacy in the space. - One bedroom has a large king bed, the other is a modern home office, and the third is a nursery space. - The kitchen has been outfitted with all brand new appliances from LG, Rejuvenation and custom open shelving, Riad tile backsplash, white quartz countertops, antique brass fixtures, and sleek, minimal cabinet drawers. - We have one extra folding table that can be set up for additional uses. - Outdoor shower, fire pit and outdoor seating / dining options. We are three miles from popular local coffee shop called 10 Speed and a cute restaurant Peddlers Fork as well as multiple grocery stores and pharmacies (Pavillions, Bristol Farms, Trader Joes, CVS etc). A bit closer is a Starbucks, Thai restaurant, Poke bar, and other fast food options. Other options about 10 minutes away is a Health Nut, Marias Italian Kitchen, Sushi Planet, Acai bowl. *The rates listed are for still photography only with a max crew of 15 people. Shoots larger than 15 are permitted with an additional cost. We can provide an on-site manager if you require so. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Flat rate cleaning fee is paid at the time of booking, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke.
