Our home is landscaped and cleaned every day. Events are spread out for enhanced cleaning. Hand sanitizer is readily available.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Private events up to 50 people. 2 acres of grass land and open area. Ideal space for private dinners, private parties, showers, weddings, graduations, family gatherings, kids parties, wellness retreats, pop up events, photo and video shoots, movie screenings, etc. Curated to your liking or with our help.

We do not have rules. It’s a vast space surrounded by Mother Nature with bohemian vibes. Landscape of grass, trees, gardens, flowers, tee pees, yurts, and fire pits. Deer frolic freely.
