Great studio space the natural light was nice but a little hard to block out, otherwise the equipment included was good and the backgrounds were easy to set up.

There were no instructions provided on how to enter the building or the studio (or even which studio we were supposed to be in). Two people who were in another studio were coming out of the building and that’s how we entered. Also tried calling, with no answers, and had to leave a message to figure out which studio we were supposed to be shooting in. Our studio time was slated to start at 9:00am and we didn’t get into the actual studio until around 9:45am. There was also no steamer, as advertised, in our studio and was told to try another steamer from the other studio, it did not work. Ended up having to borrow another steamer from the other production in another studio, and that steamer did not work either. When I called, I was told someone would come to help troubleshoot the steamers but no one ever came. Overall, the studio was nice and well-kept, but the complications and having to chase down information and answers really put our production behind schedule as we had to be hard out by 3:50 for another production coming in.
