Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has additional space outdoors

Absolute perfect space for our open-house style co-ed baby shower (50 people who came & went over the course of 4 hours). Both kids and adults were fully entertained, and everyone had raving reviews. The nature of the space meant we didn’t have to spend on unnecessary decorations. The kitchen area made our nacho bar super easy. The bathroom was impeccably clean. Smooth process from start to finish. I only wish we could have had our event in warmer weather to enjoy the awesome outdoor space, too.

Hosted a birthday/cocktail party here with 45 people and it was a great space! Chris our host was very responsive and got back to me whenever I reach out. Lots of indoor space for mingling and still room for all the games! Great outdoor space as well, definitely would book again, especially in the summer!

Host was quick responsive with all questions. Event space was great, had a lot of thing to stay entertained. Space was set up nice for seating and spacious for moving around.

We had a great time for my sister's baby shower. The venue was clean and had a lot of activities and Chris was very helpful and responsive. Everything was as expected from the listing and had many guests asking how to book the location for their own events. The parking situation was super easy and convenient as well, which can be a rare find in Minneapolis.
