We provide full service for you to focus only on the creative part of your project! All Profoto light equipment is included in price! (Please see the detailed list of equipment below). The studio space is clean-cut and minimalist, with hardwood floors, ultra high ceilings, lots of character with designer furniture, muted tones and tons of natural light helps the production of high-quality photos and allows it to be easily transformed into any set design. You can use all the equipment and backdrops in the studio. We have over 32 different color seamless paper backdrops. All backdrops are free to use as backgrounds only. +$15 per seamless pull/color. (If you use it all the way under your feet where you step on it.) (Can be added during your booking at the add-ons section). The space can effortlessly accommodate group of 10 people. Every extra person above 10 is $20. It also comes with a make up corner fully lit, And storage space for photography equipment. Please note that the studio is under video surveillance for security, insurance and dispute purposes. The footage will be used for dispute resolution only.

- No smoking! (In case you smoke in the studio we will charge you 4 hours overtime!) - Please allow yourself time to clean up or we will charge you overtime or $50 cleaning fee. - Using Oil, artificial snow or any props that require extra cleaning (if you leave marks on furniture, equipment or walls), confetti and/or glitter bombs are subject to overtime or extra $50 cleaning fee - Using incense is subject to overtime or extra $50 fee - Freight Elevator is available only upon advance request. - You can use all the equipment and backdrops in the studio. - Furniture and decorations may be moved. - All backdrops are free to use as backgrounds only. - $15 per seamless pull/color. (1 pull is 6 feet on the floor). (Can be added during your booking at the add-ons sections.) - We can source any color from the Savage line for $15/pull or $109 for the entire roll. - Every extra person above 10 is $20 per person (Max 15). (Can be added during your booking at the add-ons sections.) - Please be respectful to the next guests after you. 15 mins overtime means additional 1 hour extension. - No loud music or excessive noise!
