A modern and functional space perfect for anything from media productions to strategic off-sites to personal growth retreats. This unique venue is sophisticated and comfortable. The “inside out” covered patio allows your time outdoors to be protected from sun, and is integrated with open space living area, providing feng shui, natural light, and inspiring creativity and calm. Break-out pods work beautifully around the kitchen island, dining/conference table area, coffee table with sofa area and outdoors patio dining. Open plan kitchen with island is perfect for catering and amazing buffet. Use of kitchen amenities not included, but can be added as an option upon request. In addition, 3 bedroom areas are available upon request. Driveway and front court is convenient for loading/unloading equipment. Ample of parking for multiple vehicles available. Breakout space is available for talent, hair and makeup. High-speed Wi-Fi. Available 7-days a week | 7AM-9PM. Venue accommodates up to 15 people. Price is tiered based on the number of people. The central Peninsula location off of El Camino Real is equidistant between HWYs 101 and 280, is easily accessible and there is ample, free and safe on-street parking.

We had a film shoot at this location, and it was a beautiful space. Host was very responsive and answered any questions we had. The home is spacious, and has a place to store all your equipment. We shot 2 scenes here, and thought it worked out great. Would recommend to others.
