- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This was our third time at this location and it was fantastic. It was easy to load in and out and we had a beautiful influencer style video shoot. Can't recommend the location enough!

This was our second time in a week at this home - it's a perfect shooting location! Lots of different set ups and plenty of space for crew and glam. Jaclyn made it so easy we decided to book it for a third day!

This space is phenomenal, even better than the photos shown. So many opportunities for various set ups, and the outdoor space is great as well. The owner was an excellent communicator, I am sure I will be back.
