COME TURN YOUR VISIONS TO REALITY!!! NEW LOCATION!!! Our Signature Loft is perfect for all of your production needs with our stylish and creative design. Great for content creators, youtubers, visual artists, podcasters, bloggers, influencers, photographers, videographers, documentary shoots, interviews, film production, and one-on-one meetings. The studio is 700 sq ft in our new commercial storefront, welcoming all creatives. Featuring a brand new lighting installation along with 4 soft box lights. In addition, you will have access to our wifi, speaker system, backdrop mount that has four colors: black, white, tech green, and chestnut brown Located in the Fishtown/ Northern Liberties area of Philadelphia. There is plenty of street parking available but pease read the parking rules. Hours Monday -- Wednesday 9am - 12am Thursday -- 9am - 12am Friday -- Sunday - 24 Hours *** 8 HOUR SPECIAL AVAILABLE***

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
- Narrow passages have arrows for bi-directional traffic
- Common areas have 6-foot (2-metre) markers on floors
