BOOKING TIMES
Renters may only access the space during the time of the rental hours booked. The booking times must include anytime the Renter needs for event preparations and cleanup. Setup and break down should be factored into your booking hours, and renters are expected to vacate completely by the end of the reservation time. If you're unsure how much time you will need, we recommend 1 hour before and 1 hour after your event time.
All renters must be 21 years of age and have valid forms of ID to reserve the Loft.
Our maximum capacity for all event types is 40 people. Depending on your event we may require a Certificate of Insurance prior to a booking.
Please be respectful of the space and return it in the condition that it was delivered to you, at the time that your reservation ends.
OVERTIME
In accordance with Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated, and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Outside food and beverage is allowed.
FURNITURE
Glass cocktail tables for standing room only events should be reserved at the time of booking (5 tables are available for rent at $10.00/table). Any furniture moved during your event must be placed back in its original location at the end of your event.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Weapons, illegal drugs and activities are prohibited. Smoking is prohibited including hookahs and hookah pens. No outside DJ's allowed unless you rent the den.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Cleaning and facility fee is an additional $50, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
MISCELLANEOUS
We provide a cooler in the courtyard but you are responsible for bringing ice for your event.
