About the Space
Modern Ranch Style Home, roughly 3000 sqft, beautifully redesigned in 2017. Large kitchen and living spaces with hardwood floors throughout. Private Cul-De-Sac location and private backyard with custom waterslide and waterfall features. Solar panels and Tesla batteries, detached garage. Neutral color schemes throughout. The entire upstairs of the home is new and includes a loft/baby room, and a large owner's suite with a oversized walk in closet. The home feels modern, ranchy, and cozy all at the same time, and retains some of the original design features from the 1950s. The space in general has a very peaceful and comfortable energy.

The place was so beautiful! The host was VERY accommodating and responsive. We asked him For so many little things and he did not hesitate to help out. Also, if you need to rent chairs/tables they have it all! I felt like that was a huge bonus since I did not have to rent it from somewhere else and drop off /pick up rental furniture. We had my rehearsal dinner here and I had a really good experience.

This was my first time booking with Peerspace, and I am so glad I did with Chris and his space! I planned a summer birthday party with 30 adults and a few babies, and the space was absolutely perfect! The beautiful pool kept use nice and cool on the hot summer day, and the backyard space was plenty of room for everyone, along with the food, drinks, and dessert. Now, the host, Chris, was absolutely amazing. He was hospitable, friendly, very understanding and accommodating, and welcoming! What I appreciated about him most was his clear and effective communication. He provided me with everything I needed for my party, as well as answered all my questions leading up to the day, and on the day of clear as crystal! He even helped give me some ideas and advice on how to use the most of his space for a great time (ie. outside fans, outdoor lights, and pool lights)! The space was immaculate, including the restroom provided. I received so many compliments throughout the day and even days after the event about the space. I highly recommend this place for any event: it is safe (especially located on a cul-de-sac), clean, spacious, easy parking, and has an amazing host!

Chris’ space was absolutely gorgeous. We celebrated my brothers graduation here and couldn’t have found a more beautiful home to celebrate at. Both he and his wife were great with communication throughout our stay. Anything we needed, they were able to provide. Will definitely book this place again for the future!
