About the Space

Modern Ranch Style Home, roughly 3000 sqft, beautifully redesigned in 2017. Large kitchen and living spaces with hardwood floors throughout. Private Cul-De-Sac location and private backyard with custom waterslide and waterfall features. Solar panels and Tesla batteries, detached garage. Neutral color schemes throughout. Rental is backyard only. Should you wish to rent interior space it is an additional $250.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Chris’ space was absolutely gorgeous. We celebrated my brothers graduation here and couldn’t have found a more beautiful home to celebrate at. Both he and his wife were great with communication throughout our stay. Anything we needed, they were able to provide. Will definitely book this place again for the future!

Chris was an amazing host! I had lots of questions before booking the space and he promptly responded to all of them. Chris's active communication and flexibility throughout the entire booking process made my first-time Peerspace experience wonderful and easy to use. I would highly recommend all my friends/family to book with Chris for any of their future events! (:

We couldn’t have picked a more perfect spot to celebrate our grandmother’s birthday. Lots of greenery for privacy and also worked out great for photo ops with family. The kids AND adults loved the water slide. I appreciated the prompt response from Chris whenever there was a need. We would definitely love to be back in the future! Thank you for having us!

Yes, I would book again.

My family and I enjoy this space so much! We used it to celebrate my father's 50th birthday party and it couldn't have been better!!! The place was just like the pictures. Chris is very helpful and quick to respond.
