About the Space
The pictures cannot capture THE VIBE! Gorgeous, private backyard with a luxurious one of a kind pool that will have you feeling like you’re hanging out at your own 5 star resort! Beautifully redesigned in 2023. Private Cul-De-Sac location (lots of free parking) with custom waterslide and waterfall features. The speakers around the yard pipe in music from artists of your choosing via Pandora and Amazon music. You are welcome to bring your own speaker as well. The large space is absolutely perfect for parties, events, ceremonies, and corporate gatherings. We can house parties as large as 100 people. You will have ample space for your group. Rental is backyard only. Should you wish to rent interior space it is an additional $250 for 4 hours of maximum usage. The space is limited usage for cooking, food prep, and food service. The interior space is not intended to be an extension of the party space, and is not intended for guests to mingle. Hourly pricing begins at $90/hr and increases based on the number of guests and the length of your stay. The more guests, the higher the price. *Every person who enters the property is considered a guest and must be paid for. *Your booking is for the time you book, we do not allow early entry or time beyond the end of you booked stay. If you need time to set up or clean up, that must be factored into your booking. If you have less than 20 attendees please message us to discuss a lower rate.

The place was so beautiful! The host was VERY accommodating and responsive. We asked him For so many little things and he did not hesitate to help out. Also, if you need to rent chairs/tables they have it all! I felt like that was a huge bonus since I did not have to rent it from somewhere else and drop off /pick up rental furniture. We had my rehearsal dinner here and I had a really good experience.

This was my first time booking with Peerspace, and I am so glad I did with Chris and his space! I planned a summer birthday party with 30 adults and a few babies, and the space was absolutely perfect! The beautiful pool kept use nice and cool on the hot summer day, and the backyard space was plenty of room for everyone, along with the food, drinks, and dessert. Now, the host, Chris, was absolutely amazing. He was hospitable, friendly, very understanding and accommodating, and welcoming! What I appreciated about him most was his clear and effective communication. He provided me with everything I needed for my party, as well as answered all my questions leading up to the day, and on the day of clear as crystal! He even helped give me some ideas and advice on how to use the most of his space for a great time (ie. outside fans, outdoor lights, and pool lights)! The space was immaculate, including the restroom provided. I received so many compliments throughout the day and even days after the event about the space. I highly recommend this place for any event: it is safe (especially located on a cul-de-sac), clean, spacious, easy parking, and has an amazing host!

Chris’ space was absolutely gorgeous. We celebrated my brothers graduation here and couldn’t have found a more beautiful home to celebrate at.
