Film or perform your photoshoot here in the many spaces available. From contemporary kitchen and bathrooms to poor area and yard. House features bright spaces with lots of windows. Spacious rooms, minimalist design and more. House sits in a .5 acre lot which means there is plenty of room in the backyard to film/photos

Lighting description
During the day, there is plenty of natural light throughout the whole house. It comes through the many windows all throughout. The brightest areas are south facing receiving indirect light from 9 or 10am to 5 or 6pm.
Additionally, we have over 100 LED lights with dimmers to help enhance the mood needed.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
The house sits on a private neighborhood and it is very quiet. The only noise that can be heard is from the yard work and that is seldom. Otherwise, regular appliances such as the refrigerator and/or AC.

Health and Safety Measures
As we like to make sure that everything is sanitized and cleaned, we always like to do the following:
-Vacuum
-Sweep
-Mop
-Wipe all surfaces
-clean bathrooms thoroughly
-wipe kitchen counters
-do dishes
-fluff furniture
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
