About the Space
In the early 1900's, this building was a highly successful rubber factory in Mercer County. It sat in disarray for decades. Within the last 15 years, this buildings has been transformed into extremely stylish, industrial chic, and high quality loft office, flex, warehouse, and retail spaces. The original exposed brick walls, high ceilings with wood beams, skylights, and rustic decor lends to it being a very unique space to meet and create.

Security cameras and recording devices
Multiple cameras are strategically place at various points around the perimeter of the grounds, surveying parking area. Cameras are strategically placed at each exterior and interior entrance and building interior.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Covid-19 protocol is of the utmost importance to us. We are working very hard to maintain everyone's safety as well as allow our guests to enjoy as much liberties as allowable by current regulations and laws.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
