Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

About the Space
Our studio in Springfield House Lofts is one of the most versatile photography and film studio spaces to hire in East London. Located just 5 minutes walk from Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland overground stations. The studio is ideal for portrait, headshot and product photography, video interviews, explainers and vlogging. The studio hire comes fully equipped, with flash and continuous lights, Colorama backdrops and modifiers included. Additional equipment and services are also available. Studio size: 7.5m×4m (3m high) 30sqm - 323 sqf DRY STUDIO HIRE INCLUDES: High speed WIFI internet Alexa speaker Hair & make-up facilities Clothing Rail Clothes Steamer Lounge area and kitchen including fridge, tea and coffee making facilities.
