Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

This is an amazing single-family (one story) house featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and 3 car garage. This home is the essence of a typical suburban American family from its beautiful breakfast nook and spacious family room to our arched walkways. You may park in the driveway. You can fit 6 cars in the drive away (3 on the first row, 3 in back) You may park on the street (either side) near the property. This is a residential neighborhood and parking is free. There is a community pool-house on the same street 0.25 miles from the actual property, and you may park there at no charge.

It is a quiet neighborhood and I cannot hear my neighbors nor can they hear me. However, I do not have specially made soundproof rooms.

General Rules

1. No porn 2. If you smoke please remove any trace of smoking (no illegal substances allowed) 3. Outside catering is allowed. 4. No loud music after 9pm.

Insurance that covers breakage/destruction/theft of real and personal property of the owner is a must.

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Walls cannot be punctured but decorations and pictures can moved. Furniture can be moved as long as everything is back in its original condition.

There are front door ring cameras and back yard video cameras that remain on.
