All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Clean, bright, large open modern space that is perfect for photo shoots, classes, workshops or small events. Upstairs location with large windows for great natural light for photography, and great ceiling light during evening hours for workshops, classes and small gatherings. This space has been used for hosting product photo shoots, small parties and gatherings, crafting classes, workshops and more. The space also includes a stainless steel sink and large counter space, wall mounted TV use, as well as a couch. Tables and chairs are also available for rent. Come host your next event in this beautiful and functional space.
