Welcome to your outdoor pool oasis! You have 2000 sqft of entertainment area; which includes a pool, jacuzzi, surround system, patio cover sitting area, bbq, and kitchenette! It’s a great space for events. MANAGER ON SITE: A site manager will be present on the property to assist with any questions throughout your booking and help you with anything you need. PARKING 1 car in the driveway, plenty of free parking in the street. Valet available with prior notice before your event (speak with the homeowner before the event for pricing). General Rules OFF-LIMITS AREAS - No entrance to the main house or back house. No hanging out in the front yard. Access to the back yard is from the main driveway through the side walkway or back alley. ADDITIONAL INSURANCE Events with over 15 attendees or with guests that aren't strictly friends/family are required to obtain additional event insurance through this link: https://www.theeventhelper.com/?session=Peerspace (be sure to select the correct type of event and attendees from their drop-down menu) FRIDAY – SATURDAY BOOKINGS -Event can go till 10:00pm (Music must be lowered by 8pm and stops at 9pm) SUNDAY – THURSDAY BOOKINGS - Event can go till 8pm (Music stops at 7:30pm) - No smoking in the pool - Don’t leave butts throughout the space. - No Running at the pool area, Follow all safety rules at the pool area. - No flips or head jumps to the pool, Follow all safety rules at the pool area. - No tampering with Pool machinery - If you are paying for 15 people and we find more people in the space we will submit a charge with PeerSpace for the additional people. - No glass around the pool area. If there are signs of broken glass we will submit a $250 charge with peerSpace for additional cleaning. - Confetti, glitter, rice, sand, flowers, pedals, and similar small-sized decorations are not allowed. - Outside catering is allowed. - Friendly Pets allowed (add-on rate is required). - COVID-19: Please ask your entire guest to wear their masks when arriving and leaving your event of respect to the neighborhood. - NO Loitering at the front of the house. Please make sure you and your guests remain in the backyard and do not hang out and loiter out front. - No nudity - No main house and/or garage restroom access. Prior to the event, we can help you with the reservation of a temporary restroom. - Cleaning fee covers trash disposal. Guests are responsible for food/drink spills, placing all trash in provided bins, returning furniture to its original location, and leaving the place looking as it was when you have arrived. ***Host is always on-premises and is available to answer any questions. Prior to your event starting, the host will set up the sound system, and overall make sure your event is going smoothly.***
