Features: - A well decorated first floor inclusive of a living room, dining, kitchen and guest bathroom. - Functional kitchen (stove not available) - Large windows - Lots of natural light -A Feature wall For an additional fee, we have optional features available to you: - Audio Equipment: $20 -Full back yard access with dual patios : $99 per hr There is a 10 guest maximum. Larger groups may be considered on a case by case basis and there would be an additional fee of $150 per hr added to your booking amount. We are 13 minutes away by car from Newark airport and 4 mins away from the train into NY city. The total time from the city by car or train is 3o mins Usage The space can be used for a photo shoots The space offers an amazing yard space at an additional fee of $99 per hr, lots of natural light and beautiful decor.
