Booking with Matt was exceptional! I had my son’s 1st birthday party there and he was very responsive to all messages and questions. The space is even more beautiful in person! Very well kept and even more beautiful by the time the sun goes down. Huge plus that he does provides tables and chairs for the guests. I definitely recommend booking with him for any event! Great service!

Matt was extremely kind, considerate, helpful, and an overall gracious host! The space is better than advertised, very relaxing and a stunning setting. The surrounding area was quiet with no close houses so we could blast music on the Bluetooth speakers. We had a small birthday pool party just adults and utilized the bar area as well as the hot tub. Absolutely stunning pool and yard. Kid friendly and a nice covered patio area. Matt is responsive and helpful to any questions we had! The bathtoom was nice in the garage area with a fridge guests can use. Very private! We will definitely be back we loved it ❤ thank you Matt!
