About the Space
Our 1,670sqft drive-in studio space has an 8m x 8m infinity cove and can be either daylight or full blackout. It's the perfect space for a wide range of creative projects and events. Our colourful 449sqft green room is a spacious and comfortable chill-out space with windows looking out onto the studio. It's well-equipped with a kitchenette, makeup station with hollywood-style mirror, changing area, clothing rails with hangers, steamer, iron + board, bluetooth speaker, fibre wifi, and of course plenty of tea and coffee. Studio features include: - 1,677sqft / 156m2 open plan studio space - 8m x 8m L-shape infinity cove (3.5m high) - daylight from above - electric blinds allowing for full blackout - lighting rig - Chroma-Q Space Force variable white LED lights with DMX controls (1 octo and 4 onebytwos) - drive-in access, 3.15m x 3.25m roller shutter entrance - 11m x 10m levelled floor area - single phase power with plenty of outlets including 32amp & 16amp

If anyone is looking for a studio to rent out I’d recommend this one. Large space with a vibrant feel and cozy waiting room to set the mood, perfect for creative minds to explore and have fun. Will defiantly use this space again in the future.
